The Research Of Risk Management In The Project Of The Enterprise IT Infrastructure

The research of IT project risk management has 20 years old abroad, there are a set of standard project management process and regulation in the enterprise, and these process and regulation are promoted to use in the enterprise, effectively and efficiently mitigate project risk and reduce the loss of project risk. In recent years, domestic enterprises are paying attention to the research of project risk, but there is a huge gap, especially domestic enterprises do not have project management processes and regulation to control project risks.Firstly I summarized the current situation of the research of project risk for both domestic and foreign enterprise in this article, and then I clarifies the theory of the project risk management in the area such as risk management planning, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response planning, risk monitoring. Finally, I studied the case of enterprise information system infrastructure setup, and then analyzed the way how multinational company introduce above theories of project risk management in enterprise IT project life cycle management, achieve the risk control for IT projects through related processes and regulation. Through case study, the readers can fully understand the way how we define the business process by using the procedure described in the theory of risk management, and achieve the goal of project risk control through these detail processes. The primary purpose of project risk control is to avoid investment risk, make sure enterprise core business development, improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
