Non-performing financial assets in China is still an emerging market. As resource misallocation assets, non-performing financial assets imply a lot of opportunities. And when China Huarong Asset Management Corporation and other three Asset Management Corporations dispose non-performing financial assets, there is always some risk, resulting in loss of state-owned financial assets.In this paper, as Hunan State-Owned Assets Investment & Management Company the research object, on the base of theoretical basis and literature review of non-performing financial assets disposal, risk theory and portfolio theory, overview of Hunan State-Owned Assets Investment & Management Company are introduced, then the generated background and basic information of Non-performing financial assets are analyzed simply, also disposal of non-performing financial assets are analyzed. On these basis, disposal risks of non-performing financial assets in Hunan State-Owned Assets Investment & Management Company are analyzed from information asymmetries risk,policy risk, legal risk, moral hazard, as well as the disposal process these five areas. Based on these analysis, combined with actual situation of Hunan State-Owned Assets Investment & Management Company, preventive measures in disposal of non-performing financial assets are recommend, mainly including:strengthening internal management, optimizing disposal method of non-performing financial assets, involving to foster a favorable social credit environment, as well as optimizing the system to prevent silver enterprise debt risk.In this paper, Non-performing financial assets disposal risks in Hunan State-Owned Assets Investment & Management Company are analyzed, also measures to prevent risks for the company are proposed, to provide a reference for making the right disposition of non-performing financial assets. Meanwhile it's good for other investors to invest non-performing asset.
