Firstly,research and analysis on the current Uygur and Chinese electronic dictionary and machinetranslation system that need maximum functionality of electronic dictionaries and machinetranslation systems is to serve the user vocabulary, phrases and sentences to find thetranslation function and convenient to use.Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used distributedtechnology development in the windows platform usage. On this basis, compared with theWCF technology, summed up the WCF characteristics and use of the advantages of WCFtechnology development of distributed applications. Then study of WCF service model, thehost system and the communication model, its technical characteristics and ways of working.Finally, the requirements of WCF features and user Uyghur-Chinese dictionary andmachine translation systems combining proposed mechanism of the Uyghur-Chinese Machine Translation System package for the WCF service, and service-oriented developmentof Uyghur-Chinese Dictionary and Machine Translation System solution. The practiceshows that it has good interoperability, easy scalability and security advantages, be able tofully meet the information management needs of the Uyghur-Chinese dictionary andmachine translation systems.
