The development of seismic monitoring technology is quick at home or abroad with the rapid development of the global economy and science technology. Many areas conduct related real-time monitor by using the system, such as mine, tunnel, petroleum drilling, automobile engine failure monitoring and so on. Mine rock collapse, the bridge before breaking, the tunnel in the event of the collapse of the former will happen some tiny vibration will occur after the big shock of the accident, the accident caused a lot of casualtier, have brought to the country and the people great harm. So if can monitor the signal of microseism timely, the possibility of accident happening will be greatly reduced. To establish a complete seismic monitoring system will be able to reduce the occurrence of accidents, this paper will establish a real-time data acquisition system based on STM32micro controller of ARM Cortex-M3kernel. This paper introduces a kind of process of hardware structure and software realization based on STM32F103ZET6seismic monitoring system. The system basically has the following several parts, the first part is lectotype of sensor, the system mainly has a high signal-to-noise ratio speed sensor that suitable for the seismic monitoring system, it can real-time collect the signal of microseism. The second part is adjusting circuit that suitable for this system, it contains amplification and filtering circuit, can amplify useful seismic signal and filter external noise interference. The third part is the design of peripheral circuit based on STM32F103ZET6control chip, it contains power supply, reset circuit, crystals circuit. The circuit introduces application of inner ADC of STM32F103ZET6, and communication of Ethernet based on TCP/IP treaty, and LCD. The fourth part is the design of software control base on under the KEIL development environment, and wavelet analysis filtering. The fifth part is relevant situation of this system application in mines. Finally, in the end of this paper, here show some of shortcomings and problems to be researched.
