With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, automotive electronics is becoming increasingly important in the automotive industry, automotive electronics, digital, information, networking is the inevitable trend of development of automobile electronic products. Tire Pressure Monitoring System TPMS is a very important part of the automotive electronic systems, mainly for real-time automatic monitoring of tire pressure, temperature in a moving vehicle and tire abnormal state of alarm through the Human Machine Interface HMI, it is driving personnel security early warning system, has become the research focus of the current auto industry. The Car Human Machine Interface system realizes the interaction of people and vehicles, at present the system in the car has been widely used. Therefore, the design and development of a functional, reliable in-vehicle Human Machine Interface has a very important significance.This paper is in corporate practice, the actual project background, car navigation software development platform, in accordance with engineering design methods, design and implementation of tire pressure monitoring system of Human Machine Interface based on Windows CE. The software uses a combination of methods developed in HMI and Visual Studio2005, so that the software has real-time and versatility, and has been in practical use.The specific research contents are as follows:(1) To Study the architecture of Human Machine Interface based on Windows CE, discussed HMI of the configuration software configuration environment and runtime environment, summed up the data acquisition and storage technologies of Human Machine Interface, clearly the actual process of Human Machine Interface development.(2) To complete the overall design of a tire pressure monitoring system of the HMI, including TPMS tire pressure monitoring system needs analysis, system hardware and software platform to build and TPMS HMI overall framework design; the overall system can be divided into the HMI layer and middleware, Middleware to complete the data sent from the underlying parsing and packaging, and provides the interface to the HMI; Finally, the system design of communication protocols.(3) The use of car navigation software development platform designed to achieve the HMI vector graphics rendering, fast image display and all kinds of image effects, such as algorithms, and packaged as controls; Design and Implementation of system settings module HMI and the TPMS module HMI, including system time settings interface, sound settings interface, system initialization interface, parameter setting interface, tire matching interface and alarm interface; Completed the analysis of the data structure of the communication process, and discusses the application of the LIN bus in the TPMS system.(4) On the basis of the design and implementation of TPMS Human Machine Interface based on Windows CE, tested experimental system settings module, simulate the tire pressure signal by ARM board, on the TPMS system for the normal tire pressure display and abnormal data alarm function experiment.
