China is a big country coal production, has long been the huge demand for coal energy, along with the increase of mining depth for homework and the deepening of, security hidden danger is also increases gradually, gas accident, carbon monoxide poisoning accident, especially the harmful gas accidents caused by coal mine safety accident in the proportion of increases year by year, cannot be neglected. Therefore, the development of mine real-time monitoring of the harmful gas detector, especially can at the same time monitoring several harmful gas detector, is a very meaningful.This paper introduces a design based on the spectral infrared (NDIR) detection technology underground gas analysis system, the realization of the coal mine underground carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), gas (CH4) the three components and detection.This paper introduces the design of a complete system structure, and choose the right components including infrared light source, the gas chamber, infrared interference filters, infrared detector etc. In the electronic system design in the enlargement filter circuit, digital-to-analog circuit and single-chip microcomputer control circuit and light source driver circuit, especially high precision amplifier circuit design, achieves a good result for the back of the signal processing provides a strong security, improve the gas detection system components of precision. Through the SCM and PC program compiling, and thus has completed the system structure.This article through to the composition of the concentration of the gas standard measurement, the measurement data and get the corresponding relations among the corresponding concentration, through the analysis of the Origin and processing software, fitting out of CO2, CO, CH4three components of the relation curve. And the accuracy of the measurement system analysis on factors, including environment change of temperature, light changes, etc. Through the experiments of multiple components at the same time measurement, three components mutual interference between was analyzed, got all between the elements of the influence coefficient, and then the compensation on the measurement results. Through the analysis and compensation, further improve the gas detection system components of precision. Finally, through the measurement of gas to the actual system to verify the results prove more underground gas detection system integration components can achieve the desired goals, and has good stability and measuring precision.
