With the high-speed development of economy, the modern life's pace speeds up day by day, and the problem of aging society outstanding, because traffic accidents and diseases, each year will lead to tens of thousands of people into one or more movement dysfunction. Studies show that in these personnel, many patients are available through rehabilitation training methods to different degree improvement or recovery of limb movement function, so as to improve their quality of life, to regain the confidence to enter into the society, obviously we can see the importance of rehabilitation training.The research of intelligent rehabilitation system has developed rapidly, and with the development of three-dimensional camera equipment, the introduction of the camera to the intelligent rehabilitation system has become a hot research direction, many scholars in the field have been made much effort.This article is based on the SR (SwissRanger)-3000depth mapping camera, using the camera's advantage of acquiring3D data in real-time, build an upper limb recovery system. The system is composed by the patients, camera and ordinary personal computer, through the application's menu operation to realize the system's interface platform. This paper mainly research on the way of tagging human's HNT model and the method of extracting upper limb's skeleton the two aspects, and on this basis, puts forward a way of calculating upper limb's shoulder joint activity and six kinds of rehabilitation training way for scapulohumeral periarthritis patient.Firstly this paper mapping the data acquired by the camera to the OpenCV grayscale picture and OpenGL three-dimensional grid map and filling map, to show the data; then use the OpenCV library functions to handle the grayscale picture, as to carries out corresponding processing on the picture, thus the human HNT model and the upper region will be marked, and extract the upper limb skeleton on the basis; then according to the human body's anatomical structure characteristics, this paper presents a calculation method for the activity of shoulder joint, and the results were verified, from the results we can see that, the way has a certain application value; finally, just to the periarthritis of shoulder, proposed the circle, climbing, flexion, adduction, abduction and flexion these six kinds of rehabilitation training methods, from its display result, can be seen, the system has good curative effect and application value in guiding the scapulohumeral periarthritis patients undergoing rehabilitation training.
