The Research And Application Of The User Behavior Analysis In Mobile Network

With the rapid development of Telecom,the mobile network's business has become one of the pillar industries of telecommunications.How to ensure the mobile network's business in the normal operation is a top priority of staff in Telecom's department. Telecom's staff make user of the mobile user behavior analysis platform to pretreat the types of barriers and customer complaints,saving the human and financial resources,improving the work efficiency.The data mining technology has become one of the leading-edge technology of Telecom,with playing the more and more roles.This papers design and implement the mobile user behavior analysis platform in the background and needs of current the mobile network's data business.The platform has been put into application;Secondly, applying the data mining and data warehouse knowledge and technology in the base of the platform,the data processing and analysis module was designed and implemented:third, the classification techniques'knowledge of data mining was researched.in the base of analysising the text classification algorithm in detail. content-based SMS text classification algorithm's lacks which was used in this platform was discussed,then the improved SMS text classification algorithm which base on this lacks was presented.The main innovation of the article is below:(1) The mobile user behavior analysis platform based on data warehouse.Webservice was designed and achieved.(2)This papers made the use of the technology of data warehouse to optimizing the the data processing of the platform, then the PAP algorithm for massive data processing which was used in user behavior data processing was presented.(3)This papers improved content-based SMS text classification algorithm based on the actual situation of the platform.and applying it for filtering spam SMS.
