Analysis And Application Of Mobile User Behavior Based On Core Network Data Mining

With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, mobile users have been growing rapidly and Operator’s network construction is maturing. In the network operation and maintenance, the operator has accumulated vast amounts of data, which is still growing exponentially. These data, especially the core network data, contains a wealth of information on user behavior. Thus,how to dig out valuable information about user behavior rapidly and accurately, is an important issue for operators. It has great meanings to understand user behavior information, especially in an increasingly competitive market of mobile communication.This thesis proposes a universal data mining process for the multiple data sources of core network and a general analysis method of user behavior, combined with the particularity of mobile user behaviors. Then this thesis carried out the actual data mining operations based on the data of living network, and did a series of service senses analysis.The research works and results of this thesis are as follows:1. It establishes a data mining process based on the characteristics of the core network data sources.2. A basic theory and method of user behavior analysis is proposed based on the behavior of mobile users in general.3. Using clustering and other data mining methods,the core network data mining is achieved based on the living network data,and some valuable conclusions of mobile user behavior are obtained.4. It establishes a numerical model for the known user behavior which is applicable within a certain range.And it also analyses the meaning of the numerical model deeply.
