Since IMB CEO Peng Mingsheng first proposed the "Intelligent Globe" concept. President Obama of U.S showed great interest of it. Then,"Content networking"has been written into our national "The12th5years development plan".It stands for WSN technology has become the engine of national economic development.At the same time,it also indicates WSN technology will be placed great importance on by many fields.The essential target of WSN development is the improvement of the performances in WSN net protocols through the WSN development history.The exclusive performances of the protocols are mainly focused on the augment of throughput,such as the throughput in Slotted-Aloha system is twice of that in Aloha system.This paper described Aloha,S-Aloha,IEEE802.15.4etc protocols and "average cycle"analysis method in detail.And achieved the analysis of the performance in multiple business WSN which is based on P-persistent multiple access protocol under the guide of my tutor Prof.Zhao Dongfeng.Then,it put forward the throughput mathematical formulas of the protocol after strict mathematics derivation.After that,used MATLAB to calculate and simulate the performance of the protocol. And with the analysis graphs we can draw a conclusion that new protocol has good performance and can be well adapted in WSN.On the foundation of deep research on IEEE802.15.4,paper has achieved the design of the WSN real-time medical pulse data acquisition system after many WSN mac experiments.Then designed dynamic polling list system based on the static polling list system,which contains medical pulse data acquisition nodes,central control nodes and static route nodes.This system used a Tree topology,realized the management and communication of the dynamic leave node.Polling access method is adapted between central control nodes and medical pulse data acquisition nodes and the communication starts from the central control nodes. Then1-persitent access method is adapted between central control nodes and static route nodes.The system used sub net ID or different physical channel to distinguish sub-tree domain.
