When I research into Micro-blog, I ponder over it and want to know how we can use it perfectly and how to use it to build a healthy and orderly media environment. This article utilizes lots of philosophy and communication theories, such as living-philosophy,postmodernism,technology,uses and gratifications theory,medium is message theory……Discuss the inherent culture of culture and predict the trend of Micro-blog culture associate theory with practice.This article adopts many ways to analyze, such as literature search method, case analysis, content analysis, comparative analysis. First of all, I acquaint with the situation about Micro-blog in our country and world. Secondly, I use Time-spirit, Network-technology,Mobile telephone- technology,Spoken language-technology to analyze the reason of Micro-blog appearing. Thirdly, I analyze the immanency origin about the effect of Micro-blog on persons from the view of culture with the help of the relation between Micro-blog and individual,company and government ect.
