Abroad, semi-automatic or automatic Ontology construction theories have been begun to make shape, by contrast, there is still a very long path on developing Ontology construction theory based on Chinese supported.Text searching is a kind of constructing and designing tool aimed at Ontology construction depended on concept frame from relational database. By means of finishing analyzing the relationshop between relational database and Ontology model, combined with concept frame, a Ontology generated tool is designed based on relational database, supported by struction pattern for relational database put forward by myself. The function of the tool is to convert relational database model to Ontology model, consequently, in order to improve developing effecient, decrease develop cycle, and approach to zero bug.
