In recent years, networked control system is one of the focuses in control research field. Most of the existing researches are focused on a single plant with synchronous sampling, while few theories about MIMO NCS with asynchronous sampling. So in this paper an asynchronous sampling method based on the time slice divided is presented, and by this new method MIMO NCS with multi-loop is studied.Firstly, MIMO NCS with multi-loop by the method of synchronous sampling is studied. A discrete model with fixed delay is established, then its stability is analysised. And controller is designed by Lyapunov function. After that, the constraint of multi-loop synchronization is translated into H∞performance and then the system satisfies H∞optimal performance indexγ* is verified.Secondly, considering synchronous sampling leads to much more network-induced delay, a new method of asynchronous sampling base on the time slice divided is presented. Using this method the MIMO NCS with fixed delay is re-examined, and its validity is verified by simulation. Then, MIMO NCS with interference delay is studied. If the network-induced delay is less than the length of a time slice, the transmission delay and interference delay is separated by the method of section integral. Then according to the nature of vector norm and integral mean value theorem, the effect of interference delay is described as the problem of the parameter uncertainty. And by the method of Lyapunov function and variable separation approach, the controller design method is given out. Finally, MIMO NCS with network-induced delay which is greater than a time slice is studied. This kind of long time delay problem to packet dropout problem is converted into packet dropout problem. And the system with packed dropout is described into a Markov jump system. Then using the Markov jump system theory, the square stability conditions of the system and the controller design method is given out.
