Radio near-sensing detector acquires the features of target by sending specific electromagnetic wave to the target and then processing the reflection wave received correspondingly. The characteristic information of the target includes range, velocity and other parameters related. For the several kinds of radio near-sensing detection systems, in order to extract the relevant characteristics of the target accurately, the most important part is to process the echo signal.Pulse,Continuous-wave(CW) are two typical radio near-sensing detection systems. Among the pulse regimes, Pulsed Doppler(PD) is a more typical system relatively. Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave(FMCW) system is a typical system among the CW systems for the reasons that FM system has a high range resolution, velocity resolution and effective anti-interference, etc., which is used in a variety of radio near-sensing detection systems. Further, among the FMCW, Frequency-Modulated Doppler(FMD) is used most widely.Although PD, FMCW are two typical radio near-sensing detection systems, each has its own flaws. In this paper, a composite near-sensing detection system is put forward, which is a time-domain complex of two systems, the PD and FMCW, promoting their advantages and overcoming their deficiencies. The PD system, the symmetric triangular wave FMD system(STFMD) and the PD-FM composite time-domain system(PDFMC) are researched theoretically in this paper. The key point is to research the composite system on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the former two systems. MATLAB and simulink are used to realize the simulation and analysis of those systems. Lastly a complete program of the composite system is given out. Circuits related are designed and tested, which are showed in the subsequent sections of the thesis.Feasibility of the program is verified through the above study and the corresponding tests. The differentiation of targets'range and velocity can been achieved successful, satisfying the design requirements confirmed initially.
