With the development of information science, the sampling rate of the system is becoming higher and higher. The gradual increase of the sampling rate, not only for the ADC device, but also for the following digital signal processing device and other peripheral equipments, is a big challenge. In recent years, the theory of Compressed Sensing attracts many people's attention and it can effectively solve this problem. This paper is to study Compressed Sensing's application in sub-Nyquist sampling system. Firstly, the theory of Compressed Sensing is studied and simulated; the main parameters of the theory are analyzed. Then the analog-to-information converter system is introduced and the modulated wideband converter system is analyzed and simulated. Secondly, the hardware of the modulated wideband converter system is designed. The original analog signal enters many channels. After being modulated, filtered, the signal in every channel can be sampled at sub-Nyquist rate. Then the sampled data can be stored in Field-Programmable Gate Array, and transmitted to computer. Lastly, the signal can be recovered through the recovery algorithm using the MATLAB software.Compared to the original signal, the recovered signal has some new components in frequency domain, but main parameters do not change.
