The bar code is used as an information transmission and storage technology in every aspect of daily life. The bar code has the advantages of low cost and simple production etc. While, the ordinary bar code has many defects, such as a large area with a small capacity, short working distance and lack of confidentiality. We design a new micro-optical label system with miniaturized, high-capacity, detection distance. And the label produced is encryption security. This system is designed based on the camera's defocusing theory in this thesis. We chose QR with high-performance as the coding scheme of the micro-optical label's transmitter. And the micro-optical label with 870um is produced by photoplotler. The LED with high brightness and larger beam is choosed as the light source of the transmitter. And the phone camera is used as the receiving terminal. We use OOK modulation encryption method, through an external SCM circuit board to control the SMD LED luminous. The realization of the label encryption which is simple and practical. The auxiliary telescope system is added to get a label with readability and add the receiving distance.The paramerters of the camera len, the characteristics of the CMOS image sensor, the focal length of the tag transmitter len, aperture and the light source of the optical system will be analyzed. At last we have two new practical application system of the new micro-optical label system.One is the identity authentication system.The other is to transfer the encrypted information system.The optical label system is highly scalable.
