Create a private PVC network should by manual configuration.If the configured network's structure changes with the variable traffic and results in configuration parameters of the network is incompatible with the demand for services,it is necessary to reconfiguring the entire network parameters which will surely spend a lot of manpower and resources,more cost will be needed especially in the remote areas where lack of technical staff.From the perspective of automation,transparency,and save labor costs in network management,this thesis aims at research and analysis of adaptive variable traffic routing algorithm in the private PVC network.Through the application of Adaptive routing algorithm, the private PVC network can automatically adjust the network traffic distribution according to the number of network nodes,bandwidth and find the best path according to the new network topology.This thesis arrives at the conclusion that Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedures—GRASP is able to realize the automatic allocation and optimal routing of traffic based on the network configuration and to generate more reasonable parameters than the other algorithms by studying some of the algorithms'application in the private PVC network.This paper also researching the improved algorithm—GRASP with path - relinking and found that the price is smaller,the performance better,but it's also a little complicated than the GRASP.Using variable traffic routing algorithm in private PVC network is convenient for the manager,making the expansion and maintenance of the network more intelligent and saving costs.
