As all power systems are developing fast,lack of source and energy is becoming more and more serious,environment pollution is more and more common, "Smart Grid" is brought in and studied both abroad and in home.City power grid is an important part of the generalized " Smart Grid ".Its safe,stable,reliable and economic operation will keep providing high quality electricity continuously to a city and this means a lot to the running of the government department and all kins of enterprises as well as the normal life of all the citizens.One of the requirements of the future city smart grid is to realize system self-healing,one of whose most important parts is the function of intelligent alarming.Many researchers have done a lot of work in this field abroad.They have brought up many methods of intelligent alarming,designed and realized alarming system in some areas.In China,many people also have done much research and attempt.However,there has been no real intelligent alarming system (IAS) so far.This paper mainly presents the following work about city power grid intelligent alarming:1) Starting from the requirement of city power grid intelligent alarming system,this paper points out the meaning of grid informationization and builds a IAS model.Then it brings up a double-code system based on the structural characteristics and operation and management requirements of city power grid,which uses both dispatching code and equipment code simultaneously to provide detailed information for IAS.Then the realization of this double-code system is introduced.2) After analyzing the alarms which city power dispatching center receives,this paper brings up a new intelligent alarming method.First alarms are classified and pre-treated,then they are reasoned respectively by probability,and at last three virtual resources are integrated to give the final result.This paper presents how to realize VIFA and verifies the accuracy and timeliness using two simulation instances. 3) According to the practical requirement of power grid intelligent alarming,this paper does some work about IAS.It designed detailed functions of the system and points out all kinds of intelligent alarming methods should be provided in it.Then structure of IAS is designed based on the functions,including alarm pre-treating module,main module,database,interface and human-machine interface,all of which are described in detail.Finally,a preliminary introduction of the hardware and software configurations of IAS is presented.Some programs of IAS have been developed by the author.
