With the rapid development of process industry and computer technology, the manufacturing execution system, named MES system, that attached with computer science is widely used in process industry, and making the data correction technology has a very broad prospect in future.In this thesis, the author comes up with the design and implement of a Graphic material balancing system. The paper builds up a balance project which is consistent with the real situation of petrochemical industry and solved the problem of data classification and data reconciliation.At the same time, the system really becomes a daily management platform for all staff in the process industry. As the system was put into use, it greatly reduces the human factor intervention and greatly improved the reliability and authenticity of data.In current algorithm of data classification for material balance system, the zero-matrix algorithm has many advantages, such as simple construction and high efficiency, compared with other algorithms. However, it also can't classify the data thoroughly. This will affect the performance and reliability of the material balance system. To overcome these problems, this paper presents an improved zero-matrix algorithm which introduces the notion of absolute maximum linear independent column in the preprocessing stage of data classification. The new algorithm can classify the data thoroughly. The numerical experiment results show that the more correction rate can be provided, and the performance of the system can be improved.The paper also simplifies the procedure of estimate the variance covariance matrix. In this way, you can you can reduce the complexity of running and Meet the accuracy requirements of data reconciliation.In summary, the project development of the material balance system for chemical process industry can reduce production costs and increase economic efficiency, improve enterprise management level, it has very important significance.
