| Industrial wireless technology is an emerging wireless technology, which is oriented to the information interaction among the equipments, and applied to bad industrial field environment. WIA-PA wireless communication technology standard which was suitable to industrial process automation and put forward by Shenyang automation research institution of Chinese academy of sciences and other 10 units currently became official IEC standard by a unanimous vote on 14 October 2011, and which turn into one of important standards in the fields of international industrial wireless technology.In order to realize the applications of wireless sensor network in industrial, and promote the development of our country independent agreement WIA-PA wireless technology standard, this paper did further research and discussion in WIA-PA wireless sensor network system. It introduced the research background and significance of the research project, and summarized the development of domestic and international industry short-range wireless technology as well as the differences of three mainstream industrial wireless communication technology standard, and analyzed carefully the literature of the present study status about wireless digital welding monitoring system; I researched detaily on WIA-PA industry short-range wireless communication technology standard, and designed the development platform of the wireless network system; I developed 4～20 mA wireless data acquisition terminal and WIA-PA wireless temperature transmitter with the help of the platform, and tested the performance of the wireless network system in laboratory; I developed the digital welding monitoring platform according to the boiler plant steel pipe welding workshop, installed and debugged the system in the workshop, fulfilled the application promotion of our country independent agreement WIA-PA industry short-range wireless communication technology. |
