With the continuous development of the enterprises, the application system is growing and becoming more and more complex, that leading to a lot of platforms and applications existing in a variety of heterogeneous IT industry. So how to integrate these existing resources to maximize utilization of the corporate resources, and can quickly adapt to business changes is a more and more pressing need. In this case, the SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) came into being.SOA is a means to solve the need in business integration in the Internet environment. It is a software system architecture to complete the independent functional entities which have a specific task by connecting. its loosely coupled and platform-, language-independent is widely promoted in building distributed enterprise applications systems.SCA is a simple model specification for SOA service-oriented application development. It describes using the SOA for building applications and systems model. Its nothing to do with the implementation language feature can simplify the creation and integration of the business in SOA-based architecture. Just as is said, from SCA for SOA, so SOA floor.BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) is a programming language written in XML ,It provides the enterprise-class application integration and business process execution standards. its high degree of loose coupling, service reuse, and a high degree of agility can well exploit the advantages of SOA. And the BPEL can be achieved for SCA component , it fully reflects its important role in the SOA architecture idea. This paper do the research for the SOA, the Web service, the BPEL and the SCA at first ,then for the Web service, the BPEL and the SCA development researchment , and at last deeply research for the BPEL and the SCA application.
