In recent decades, the development speed of Near Field WPAN Communication technology with high-speed is very compelling, but different Organization for Standardization develop different wireless access techniques, which can be applied to different network environment and cannot be replaced by each other. None of these techniques can easily cope with the problem of Near Field and user-intensive wireless Communication. Heterogeneous network which could combine the advantages of different technology can solve the problem, but the new problem is how to establish a controlling mechanism of heterogeneous network which could give the best communication quality. Considering the importance of power control which can reduce the co-channel interference, enhance the capacity of the system, reduce the energy consumption and so on, we decide to study the power controlling mechanism of multi-user heterogeneous network.This paper takes multi-mode intelligent AP system as example. In the system, data is transferred by UWB and WIFI, ZigBee is responsible for the transmission of control information. We introduce the technical features of UWB, WIFI and ZigBee, such as definitions of frequency band and modulation, and describe the characteristics and system architecture of multi-mode intelligent AP. The emphasis of this thesis is proposing a non-cooperative power control game of heterogeneous wireless network for multi-user data communication. Since higher throughput and smaller power will increase the user satisfaction, we designe a utility function which could represent the user's satisfaction, then we discusse the existence of Nash equilibrium, and present a totally asynchronous algorithm that generates a sequence of powers that converges to the Nash equilibrium. Finally, we analyse this model by matlab, the simulation results show the validity and feasibility of the scheme.
