The wheel alignment parameter detection is an important content of vehicle detection, directly relates to the safety. At present, most wheel alignment equipment use non-contactmethod at home and abroad. To avoid abroad in the field of technical monopoly, thisresearch purpose is through the domestic and international of wheel alignment detection'sprinciple, method of study, analysis and comparison. Establish a relatively effective basedon perspective theory and monocular vision car wheel alignment parameters testing model, determine the relationship between spatial geometric parameters and angle calculationmethod.Firstly, based on visual technology wheel alignment parameter detection of basictheory and situation at home and abroad have been studied, analyzed the type wheelalignment parameter detection principle and the methods available, based on theperspective of constructing principle of automobile wheel alignment parameter detection ofthe mathematical model. Secondly, calculating the curvilinear equation when any point onthe wheel movement, ensure the different rotation axis of different time. Solve the problemof the changes of trajectory and the changes of Toe and Camber. Thirdly, presents a newtarget plane positioning method, determine the plane standard pose and orientation, thenget the corresponding positioning wheel alignment parameter and design the former beamsplitting angle and camber angle correction model, based on image sequences isestablished before splitting angle and camber angle with the wheel shaft of changingcurves. Finally, through the actual example is given to the established positioning model isverified analysis. Calculation results comply with the current mainstream of product. Setup in the paper detection model is correct and effective.
