Reflector antenna has been applied widely in many kinds of detection systems. As the accuracy of the detection system becomes higher, the research and design of multi-beam reflector antenna becomes more significant.Horn, which can be used as the feed of reflector antenna, is a important factor that influents the performance of reflector antenna. So, the basic concepts and analytical method of horn are introduced. A horn was designed and simulated with software HFSS.In order to increase the data rate of millimeter-wave detection system, Cassegrain antenna with multiple feeds can be used. Because paraboloid antenna can be seen as the base of Cassegrain antenna, the structure, basic principle and main analysis method of paraboloid antenna is elaborated. A paraboloid antenna was then designed and simulated with software GRASP. Next a three-beam Cassegrain antenna of W band was designed after researching of the influence of change of main parameters, especially the offset focus problem. The Cassegrain antenna was simulated, manufactured and measured. The accurancy and flexibility of design can be improved greatly with the help of numerical methods. So as the last part of the paper, the radiation field of paraboloid antenna was deduced with high-frequency asymptotic method synthetically. The pattern of a paraboloid antenna was obtained in the MATLAB environment.
