| Triboluminescence means some solid's luminous phenomena by the mechanical grinding, vibration or stress. Early as the 1600s, someone recorded rocks in the earthquake rupture will lead to light-emitting, however till now, the mechanism of triboluminescence has not yet been completely study clearly. In recent years, scientists find it can be used to pressure-sensitive light sensing field, with the advantage of non-contact sensing and easy electrical connections compared to conventional strain sensing and piezoelectric sensing, so its attention is gradually increased. The triboluminescence photometric detection is an effective way to research material's mechanical properties, physico-chemical properties. Because it is related to the heat treatment of materials, measurement of thermoluminescence is also included.This task is to develop a photoelectric detection system that can detect the optical properties of self-lubricating metal, rare earth and other materials under the conditions of friction or heating. The light intensity of triboluminescence and thermoluminescence vary greatly, belonging respectively to the low brightness photometry and photometry, which are two different areas of photometric detection. But the traditional instruments are only used for one photometric area of measurement. Therefore, the focus of this study is to achieve real-time detection and freely switch between two photometric areas.In view of this, the study will be a combination of weak optical measurement of the photon detection technology and traditional spectroscopy detection methods, including system architecture, hardware and software design. By the rotating mirror, fiber and other convergence devices, it can complete the flexible and efficient detection to both kinds of friction and heating emitting.This article describes the theoretical background of instrument development, and then gives a specific design, the technical parameters to achieve the main components of performance indicators and introduction. From the point of the hardware and circuit, illustrate with the next crew of the electronic design and signal processing, about the voltage configuration, signal amplification, filtering, FM, AD converter, and then spread to the host computer. Then talk about the next chapter from the perspective of the software control of the system, sub-lower computer software and PC in two parts, the sub-crew for the control side is a C51 with the modulation signal acquisition system, the host computer is man-machine interactive system written in C++, facilitating the selection of mode switching and data record keeping. Finally, present the results of the developed instrument and make error analysis. |
