The Design And Implementation Of Multi-rateadaptive Streaming Translation System Based On Server-driven

With the rapid development and integration of communications and information technology, people can enjoy more diversified network Services, and they can use different access methods to enjoy the Internet at anytime. At the same time, the terminal people used become more intelligent and diverse, and multi-media applications are increasingly being used in the network environment. As a result, the intelligent transmission of media stream with heterogeneous terminal in heterogeneous conditions is the main work of this paper.This paper studies how to product the multi-rate streaming media streaming file in multi-rate adaptive video translation system, and make a thorough research on the key spatial resolution video transcoding technology, which includes the structure of the spatial resolution codec, image sampling techniques, motion vector re-use of the spatial resolution transcoding and the mode selection of the macroblock spatial resolution transcoding. Besides, this paper improves the FLV encapsulation format to store and manage the clips. The package format is not only less redundant, but also very suitable for multi-rate transmission based on the slice.Secondly, for multi-rate adaptive video streaming system, this paper presents a bandwidth detection method and adaptive control strategy, which are implemented on the server side. The most important principle of the adaptive control strategy is to ensure the smooth playing of the client, and the higher quality level will be selected as far as possible. The final experimental results show that the method strategy can adapt to network changes in the environment, and achieve good results.Thirdly, this paper use the key technologies described above to design a multi-rate adaptive video streaming system, the system uses the HTTP Persistent Connections technology, which can reduce the user's requirements, save network resources, and bring users the best user experience.Finally, the system has done a full test, and the results show that the system achieve the adaptive multi-rate video streaming transmission, take advantage of the current network bandwidth, provide users with the best possible user experience, and meet the design requirements.
