With the extensive application of computer software system, the demanding of systemfunctions is becoming more and more complicated. In the process of constructing thesoftware-intensive system, people need to integrate a number of autonomous systems which aredifferent ownerships and management operations. This treatment will result in managementtasks becoming more and more difficult. In this thesis, the concepts and characteristics of thesystem of systems have been discussed by using the concepts and methods of system of systems.This thesis analyzes the autonomous systems which is an important part impacting onmanagement issues, and summarizes the related management issues.Based on the process of software engineering applying to the system of systems, this thesisuses the internet management framework in the management of the system of systems, anddesigns the related intelligent management modules. The disposition of modules can to a certainextent realize the automatic management of the part or the whole system.In order to improve the management level of the system, this thesis proposes a strategy forthe quantitative analysis and designs the evolvable measure model of the system manageability.In this thesis, the factors that affect the system manageability are divided into internal factorsand external factors. According to the influence of them, this thesis formalizes themanageability of the system, and summarizes the quantitative results of the systemmanageability. The manageability score of the system of systems is a good reference value toevaluate the quality and improve the manageability.This thesis applies the measure method to the manageability analysis, subdivides the indexwhich impacts the manageability, and proposes a method for general routers to analyze themanageability.
