The Internet has become the main source for people to get information. It dominates the information interaction mode. Facing the rapid growth of network information resources, the Internet users are hard to get the information of interest to them. Search engine well alleviates this problem in a certain extent, but the traditional search engine cannot fundamentally solve the above problem, so that the user still cannot get good retrieval quality.In order to solve the above problem, this dissertation takes several factors related to Web content into the traditional search engine, and presents optimization algorithm of Web pages ranking for meta search engine.This dissertation firstly introduces the principle and classification of search engine. This dissertation provides the analysis of how to solve the problems of traditional search engine, laying a solid foundation to the introduction of optimization algorithm of Web pages ranking for meta search engine.To solve the existing problems of ranking algorithm of full text search engine (FTSE) and meta search engine (MSE), this dissertation introduces the concept of several factors related to Web content, and proposes optimization algorithm of Web pages ranking for meta search engine.Then this dissertation fully describes optimization algorithm of Web pages ranking for meta search engine, introducing time sensitivity of key words, competitive bidding of results, duplicate links, duplicate content, notional word extraction, word interference weight and synonym semantics.In the end, this dissertation designs system modules with the factors related to Web content in the algorithm, realizes the ultimate meta search engine system, and gives the experimental results of sorting results. Through the experiment, this dissertation determines the superiority of optimization algorithm of Web pages ranking for meta search engine.
