In view of the problems that the current China Electric Power Enterprise has more than one heterogeneous power information systems, they are mutual independent and different in structure and function, and with huge amount of information and much more data types. To soleve these problems , the paper probed into a new method: a new generation of software system architecture—the Web Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) , to provide a new solution for the diversification of the power information system to share resources and inquiry the dynamic database of comprehensive information.Firstly, the author did a profound research to the concept of the SOA architecture, advanced the design principle and the realization technology. On the basis of a detailed analysis with the operations of the Electric Power Enterprise, the author put together the general line of the system services into the corresponding level, so as to cooperate with the Electric Power Enterprise information system in the production operation management, the production process control and the enterprise integrated management of the actual requirements. At the same time, the author made good use of the references and the research results in the electric power system domain. In conclusion, based on the frame structure of the SOA electric power enterprise application integration system, the author put forward the organic combination of the electric power enterprise of the typical characteristics.Then, the author discussed the elements from the system bus, and the record of technology solutions for each service line in detail. At the same time, according to the local system order within the system architecture and the SOA dependence of the primary and secondary systems relations of the dependence, the author stated the new emerging issues that appeared in other aspects.Based on the combination of the above technologies, the plan in this paper provided a design and construction of the corresponding information integration platform architecture; introduced and described the practices for data exchange, application integration and enterprise information portals and other practices; with Web technology and publishing technology organically combining the dynamic real-time database technology, database management, data statistics, analysis, control, data processing and information retrieval. This method made the integration information system of the Web-based multiple heterogeneous power enterprises reliable, efficient, easy to use, scalable and easy to maintain, and provided a reference of the advanced ideas for the construction of the power enterprise integration information system.
