This paper mainly discusses the resource allocation schemes in wireless communication systems, where orthogonal frequency-division multiple-access (OFDMA) and relay cooperative communication techniques are involved. The two techniques can increase the diversity gain through allocating the orthogonal subcarriers in frequency domain and relay nodes in space domain to different users. This paper discusses the resource allocation in the wireless communication systems based on the two thchniques above, and multiple types of wireless services are involved. The resource to be allocated includes subcarriers, power and relays.Multiple types of service include Hard Quality of Service (Hard QoS, HQ) traffic, Best Effort (BE) traffic and Soft Quality of Service (Soft QoS, SQ) traffic. As Utility is a better scaler of the satisfaction of required service than transmission rate, we take Utility to classify the type of services, and analyse the Utility characteristic of the services. Then we introduce new scaler a named Soft outage, to judge the allocation effect of the Soft QoS traffic.Since the problem is very complex, we classify the transmission scenes and solve the problems. The scenes include single and multiple relays, single and multiple users, orthogonal and non-orthogonal relay forwarding modes, and throughput and Utility optimizations. The transmission scenes are combined to be solved without generality. For each scene, we first introduce the transmission models, then analyse and optimize the equivalent channel response, and the resource allocation schemes are designed at last.In this paper, firstly we describe the system model totally, and model the problem of resource allocation, taking the transmission rate and the Utility as the optimization goal, respectively. Secondly we analyse the characteristics of each type of service, including the Utility characteristic, the Hard outage characteristic and the Soft outage characteristic. Then we describe the model of each specific allocation scene, and give the calculations and schemes of the resource allocation. The simulation results are shown at the last.
