Then proposed system design objectives and principles, proposed the whole application framework of online reimbursement system, design service function modules of software system and plan online claim system integration with other systems, make detail design for travel claims and any incidental expenses and employee loan repayment business. On this basis, we design technical framework, application framework and application module, encode each functional module by means of J2EE technology and introduce the system implementation process, then test the system function and performance for the viability, stability and detailed discuss the test results.In addition, the paper prospects the development of online reimbursement system, this online reimbursement system test results show that the system is reliable, easy to use, the result is correct, meets the design requirements, draw a lot of useful experience and conclusions. But due to limited time and energy, the contents of the system in many ways, to further research in the actual operation and the subsequent development and improvement.
