With the increasingly developing mobile market, many different kinds of mobile related consumption have come up. One of the vital things that should be considered seriously is the sufficiently developed mobile games, which have grown up rapidly. Now the development has brought up with the increasingly enhanced abilities of the phones. And the consumers increase their entertainment declamation of a mobile. The mobile games have the functions of improving intelligence, entertainment and enjoyment, which are necessary and accosted by the public. As a result, mobile production and merchandise have granted that building and advertising mobile games are the vital means to enlarge their business, and those indexes of game software are increasingly enhanced, such as the qualities, values, performance and varies.Based on the research of the major problems and requirement analysis of the mobile games, this paper studies in detail the complete design, system realization, building of the J2ME developing platform and the systematical test, and builds a mobile game at the basis of J2ME. This paper analyzed the total structures and of the J2ME system and the J2ME requirements and description, and then did a research on the business modules, business processes and body requirements. It mainly understood what the actual problem and the systematical purposes of the mobile games were. It also considered the systematical and non-systematical requirements carefully. It analyzed many related problems and targets of processing the games designs. It introduced the stories and the particularities, which maybe later were the backgrounds or the contents for systematically mobile game designs. With all the work that have been done, this paper did a design on the framework, the basic process and the game structure, and a complete design on the ghosts (Zuolou, enemies and dogs, utensils (dioxide medicine bottles, bomber, net, gold coins and diamonds), elements of the game map and the game sounds. The built game succeeded in showing pictures and texts in the management core of mobile animation. The last job was the algorithm realization of the map compiler, game buttons, collision handling methods and ghosts routing methods, the analysis of transplanting problems and bettering cases, which would improve the compatibilities. At the same time, it analyzed how to build the J2ME developing platform, and the packaging problems. To guarantee the safety and stability, this paper also briefly introduced the testing procedure.The generated mobile game can be easily operated, and is rich of changeable ghost AI. The game can keep your interest for a long time. The player will get a hint dialogue while playing the game, which is helpful for player to familiarize the operation means in a short time. The game's major is the hero Zuolou with a masked face. He is very well known by everybody of us. On one hand, the major can be more easily absorb the player than the virtually constructed unknown man, which endorse the player the opportunity to become the respected hero; on the other hand, the Zuolou story is completely in accordance with the game's operation, where Zuolou struggle against enemies for freedom with his skillful movements and uncommon intelligence. The mobile game has been tested for many times. The results show that it can work stably and at a fast enough speed. It can be installed on a common mobile, and thus the media for the user to entertain.
