With the development of the computer science and the expansion of the logistics systems business, the traditional manual handling related businesses have been unable to meet the needs of the logistics industry. HuiFeng runs logistics business based on Rail transport. In order to enhance the company's logistics management and scientific management, make it more efficient and do rapid decision-making, we should achieve a unified transport funding settlement information management. Through the unified information system, we can handle all of the above goals.The focus of this paper is the achievement of the unified management information system and the functions of the system owns. By operating the system, we can get fast and accurate information on the basic number of votes, advance information, shipping information, billing information resources and the summary statistics of the basic operation of cargo information. In addition, the system can easily summary the financial information and generate reports, which can help the management of the company.The HuiFeng logistics fund unified management information system uses C# language and the database uses SQL server. The basic functions of the system include basic information management, freight information management, advances management, financial management and system management. There are also some following features, such as delivery confirmation reminders, ticket number automatically generated, multiple-criteria query, the table stored in advance less, and so on.This paper follows the steps of software engineering to design the HuiFeng logistics fund unified clearing management information system, including a basic overview of the system (the background, topics of significance, design, feasibility analysis, technology solutions), systems analysis (needs analysis, business process analysis, data flow analysis), system design (functional design, database design,code design, input and output design), and several aspects, such as system implementation and testing.
