Design And Implementation Of Data On Supervision Information Sharing Platform

Chinese's financial institutions, centered on People's Bank of China which occupy the central position of macro-control, are set up according to the different functions of hierarchy. They have the responsibility to supervise and manage their financial institutions. According to specific provisions, the People's Bank of China need to receive the data from financial institutions regularly and make some forms for reporting statistics to help statistical analysis of the work. However, by traditional manual practices, various financial institutions consume large amounts of labor and time costs to collect statistical data, produce reports, summarize data, also need to check the data in the report and so on. As a result, the bank will have to submit a long cycle, and the report data is unreasonable and not accurate. Therefore, an information system is needed to complete the corresponding work. The bank's business, Customer's demand, ETL concepts (Extract-Transform-Load), ASP.NET technology and database technology are integrated together in this paper. After careful study of the banking business and in-depth analysis of customer needs, I design and implement centralized control of data information sharing platform.After the actual operation in a commercial bank, the production cycle of the report reduced from 5 days to 2 working days, and the reasonableness of the data increased from 95% to 98%, reports data accuracy is close to 98.5%.Through research and analysis, the data set control information sharing platform has become a reality, which starts a new step for finding a solution for the bank to solve the problem of submitting the issue with higher labor costs and long cycle.This system allows bank users to complete many functions on supervision information sharing platform, such as task issue, data collection, SQL conversion, data validation and data aggregation. It also enables customers to improve the timeliness and validity of data during the process of their submitting the data to the people's bank. And the bank will greatly reduce the labour costs and the risk due to the incorrect data resulting in work.
