Design And Implementation Of Traveling Resource And Routing Management Information System

With the development of economy and the increase of foreign exchange, more and more tourism business has developed. Travel industry management business has some problems, such as many tourism resources, tourism management difficulties, high mobility, multitude characters, various reports,filing data difficult and many other problems, at the same time is also a lack of a mature management system for information management. Travel industry management system is on the basis of the above analysis, use advanced design concepts and technology to develop a information management system of which related all travel aspects. The system can effectively solve the above problems, realize the effective management of tourist flow, thereby enhancing the management of travel agency in the line, staff, and resources and filing issues.The Rational Unified Process is used as development tool and UML is used as description language for analyzing and design in this paper. The system adopts object-oriented idea on the travel industry management business of requirements acquisition, requirements analysis and system design. For the user and system characteristics, the system implements many function modules in the process of travel industry management, for example, traveling line, team planning, scheduling, resource management and other business management, using B/S architecture model in form, using multi-level software functional framework in function, based on the MVC-based technical Structs+Spring framework in technique. The system uses java as the programming language and uses XML configuration and Dao, Hibernate related technologies. In the area of security, the system adopts role management based on authority management and uses the remote file server for resource management to enhance system security. Through the external interface to provide query service, and the system of internal business processes to provide a complete interface to operate or query data, the system achieve internal and external data on the system of information sharing.This paper solves the key problems include the following:1. Using object-oriented analysis and UML to analysis, design and implementation the modules, such as tourism resources, tourism management team management and tourist route management. 2. According to the classification and association management, manage the relevant information resources, so as to improve management efficiency and effectiveness.3. Through the system of file management, to solve the data, material confusion and easy loss problem, at the same time for data query and statistics provide a good auxiliary management function.The implementation of business travel management system, has improved the travel business process efficiency, has solved so many problems which exists in the business process, for example tourist resources, tourist routes, many characters, various reports. For the travel industry management, it provides a business process that can process automatically, process tracing, resources organization, file management. All this can improve the accuracy, security, timeliness and convenience of the travel agency business. This paper comprehensively improves the efficiency of travel agency management, greatly improves the information collection, organization and management.
