library automation, networking and digital direction have been a good development with the development of modern information technology, However, library collections and services ,especially the traditional paper documents are still base on the resource system and the primary way. Currently, in the management of the library ,the main traditional way still remain in the bar code identification,which is not only inefficient but also can not achieved elf-help books and othert higher level of management intelligence,restricting the development of library management systemAs a upgrading technology instead of bar code and magnetic stripe ,RFID technology supports multi-target recognition,showing many advantages in long life service, distance reading, large capacity, mass data storage,update and confidentiality with ease,etc.The technique of RFID used in library management is an ideal and new research techniques and applications,It proposed the management of the library more scientific, and achive an efficient and effective way in books arrangement with lower alarm rates. It is no doubt that RFID has promoting the development of the library management system from digital to intelligent.Firstly,this paper describes the background and Significance of library management system basis on RFID.The design of library information management system involving the RFID is proposed through the analysis between the RFID and the traditional bar code technology.Secondly,the sections provide the details of the RFID technology works and the system components,focus on the research of the anti-collision algorithm going into the multi-tag identification problems about interference,and gives the conclusion of binary tree algorithm based on the dynamic binary tructure. Finaly,Results of an experimental applications of RFID analysis,the procedure about the system are given to illustrate the proposed technique.
