Test Paper System Based On Improved Particle Swarm Optimization

With the development of computer technology, making use of computer science in education field has become a new hotspot. It is a big difficulty to randomly generate a high-quality test paper , which can reduce the pressure of paper designer and then make the process of paper-design more scientific using the intelligent algorithm. There have already been several algorithms in practice, but paper-design constraints are so many and the result shows these algorithms are not good enough. Thus, we have to continue researching the possibility of designing paper using other algorithm.Above all, On the basis of analyzing a large quantity of references home and abroad,this thesis has made a survey on the automatic generating test paper algorithm. We give a brief introduction to history of paper-design, enumerate several algorithms in use and their advantages and disadvantages. We analyze a lot of indicators during the process of automatic generating test paper such as difficulty, question type, division, time and so on. The thesis puts forward the corresponding math model, determines the target function, and then decides the algorithm we are going to use.Secondly,we introduce particle swarm optimization algorithm including its characteristics in detail, thought and development history. Comparing it with other algorithms we obtain its advantage and corrective methods.Based on the performance shortcoming such as local convergence in early period and convergence slowly in later period of the PSO itself, the thesis optimizes the particle swarm optimization algorithm using dynamic inertia weight, selection operator and mutation operator in genetic algorithms. So we can expect brilliant performance in the global search capability and the convergence speed.Finally,the engineering implement problems of the automatic generating test paper system based on particle swarm optimization algorithm are discussed in detail,and the system has been achieved using java. In this thesis,some codes are attached at the back .Since the test paper generating system refers to lots of theories itself,the author mainly use particle swarm optimization to research a algorithm to settle the questions of automatic generating test paper system. Aiming at the questions of automatic generating test paper system,through the use of the algorithm in practice, we can conclude that this algorithm is of good quality, speedy, the system is feasible and effective.
