After learning and researching the development of e-commerce systems both domestically and abroad, we conduct a feasibility analysis of e-commerce systems seriously by absorbing the experience of several successful information service platform.The purpose of this article is to design and implement the e-commerce system that uses the existing infrastructure of higher vocational institutions, networks, computer hardware , software, and electronic communications environment to meet the need of all aspects in business, work, study and living of higher vocational institutions, enterprises or the teachers and students in higher vocational institutions based on the research and analysis of the e-commerce theory, software engineering methods and ASP.NET technology.E-commerce systems Based on ASP.NET technology park in Inner Mongolia Vocational use 3-tier architecture respectively on the hardware platform: client, Web server, database server. It can not only improve the efficiency of the server but also improve the data security.in the aspect of the software platform, we use an integrated development environment-VS.NET 2005 and use the relatively mature server-side development technologies-ASP.NET, it greatly improves the software development efficiency with the database service support of SQL Server 2005, combined with JavaScript for design and development,.
