Image recovery technique is an important topic in digital image processing. Though the post-processing method of the image acquisition ---- image restoration technology to improve the quality of the image, has already used in quite many fields. The image restoration is a progress of reconstruction or restore which its quality is declining through the computer processing. Because of the influences of camera, object relative motion, system error, distortion, noise and so on, the image is often not the real scenery reflections. Its main purpose is to improve the assigned picture quality.It needs to establish a model which can cause the image quality declining in the progress of image recovery, then return to the original image through opposite process, and determine whether or not it has been obtained the image's best restoration by using certain criterion.Actually, the most common fuzzy type contains two kinds, the motion blur and defocus blur. The restoration of motion blur is both the most common and the most difficult kind in image restoration, it always be used in intellect transportation system.This thesis is focus on studing the restoration algorithm about motion blur image which appeared in the chassis of the vehicle security inspection system. The main work includes:firstly introduce the basic theory of image restoration technique, especially the degradation parameter estimation method.then, combining the phenomenon of system acquisition image generated by a motion blur, establish the degradation model of uniform motion blurred image, and based on the degradation parameter algorithm of the spectral analysis,estimating degradation parameters fastly and effectivly . then using the estimated degradation parameters, the image restoration processing can be done by the use of Wiener filtering method and Lucy-Richardson filtering method, by the precondition of that the restoration of images is the same, complishing the vehicle safety monitoring system image acquisition processingthe by calculation and better Wiener filteringanti-noise performance method.finally, with the rule of evaluation function, the experiment verificates the degradation parameter estimation method ( spectral analysis algorithm ) and Wiener filter algorithm combining scheme, in the speed of supercritical 30KM / H, the chassis of the vehicle motion blur image of restoration processing is effective and practical.
