With the wide use of Javalanguage and the entrance of foreign companies,more and more offshore developers are needed, which makes it more and more important to provide a professional platFormfor these developers and companies.The case in AAXIS Software Company (short as AAXIS) now is that many developers not only do the development task but also some projects management and requirement communication tasks. This situation slowed down the company's development, because more and more skills are needed for the developers.This thesis is just base on these questions, taking clear and unitary responsibilities, cutting down unnecessary communication cost and management cost as the goal and doing some research. According to AAXIS' task management requirement, get a simple data model.2. Base on the data model develop a software platFormwhich can create tasks and track the status of tasks.3. Do detailed research on the components of Mylynand develop a connector which can adapter our system and update the task status via IDE for developers.4. Consider some expand requirement for the software base on the currently system, which can be more intelligence to help developers complete the works beyond the range of themselves.
