| Adopting E-commerce in residential communities is a response to the trend of B2C solution for organizing and delivering better services to residents thus gains better satisfaction. In this e-commerce business model, the community property operators, playing as the EC platform conductors, organize all their resources to provide wanted products and services through Internet to the targeted, intensive residents, and have real-time control on their service contents. Issues such as commercial credit, logistics & distribution, and payment can been solved properly in this model.Based on the research of residential communities, property management, and E-Business companies, on the topic of the demand and feasibility of the community e-commerce system, a solution of community e-Commerce was generated in this thesis. The main content of this thesis is as follow:1. Concluded the characteristics and advantages of community e-Commerce. The community e-Commerce has the features of fixed customer base, targeted services, fixed regional services etc. The community e-Commerce system emphasized on better community services, simple logistics, credibility, security and easy-to-us interfaces.2. Design on the general framework and functional modules. The community e-Commerce system mainly includes two functional modules - property management module and community service module. A brief description was given on the property management module.3. Design on the main objects. Detailed description of the abstract and design on objects of both property management module and community service module was given. The advanced payment system of "community bank card" was adopted to fulfill the means of payment in this system.4. Review the system simulation environment and design pattern. The indispensable system environment and MVC design pattern for the community e-Commerce system development was described. The design and coding of " Account" object was given as an example, to illustrate the design and coding of the core objects of the system. |
