With the single channel capacity increasing of modern optical fiber communication, wave number are growing in number for wavelength division multiplexing (WDM), and pulse bandwidth become narrow for time division multiplexing (TDM). All makes the influence of the self-phase modulation and crossover phase modulation prominently obvious. In order to solve meet the requirements of bandwidth, people are looking for a more superior communication system. Optical solitons communication with advantages of ultra-high speed, high capacity and long distance are considered as the most promising communication technology. Optical solitons communication technology based on the nonlinear optical theory is suitable for division multiplexing systems and time multiplex system. Based on high-speed fiber communications systems, first, we research transmission characteristics of chirped soliton pairs. Then, we give the precise bright soliton solution of vector soliton in birefringence fiber model system and find that the soliton solution is stable. The main contents are as follows:(1) The optical soliton communication history background and development are summarized, and we introduce the practical significance of birefringence fiber communications.(2) The theoretical derivation of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation, in Wavelength Division Multiplex systems considered high-order dispersion and nonlinearity effect is introduced. Then we bring in coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equation, and introduce the classic numerical simulation method.(3) Complex variable coefficient Ginzburg-Landau equation is taken as a theoretical model. We use the numerical simulation method to research transmission characteristics of chirped kind bright-grey soliton pair and bright-bright soliton pair in the non-uniform fiber amplifier system. Then we discussed the effect of the amplitude perturbation and noise perturbation on the stability of the transmission.(4) We give the precise bright vector soliton solution of coupled Ginzburg-Landau equation which is taken as theoretical model in birefringence fiber model system, and then we made detailed discussion of the transmission stability.
