Research Of Network Access Management Based On Creditworthiness

With the development of network technology and popularity of network application, structure of campus network and users' behavior are becoming more complex, and network management is also increasingly difficult. Acts as the main in network, the host of users are responsible for his network behavior. So management of users' network behavior has been an important part of network management. Existing network management model focuses on the management of network devices without user's behavior or behavior management is only a secondary point. Campus network has a large number of users who have different network access needs. Users can result a variety of access behavior which impacting network in security and performance. So enhancing management about users' network behavior is very important.The core of thesis is researching on network access management. We can control users access and manage users behavior by assessing impact which comes from users behavior on network security. Management on campus network security will be more dynamic and real-time, and network operations will be more secure and stable. Study includes:(1)Status of network management model and current research situation about users behavior in campus network are analyzed in thesis. Existing network management products and solutions are analyzed and compared, and then some problem are pointed out about network management system, such as it can not track users behavior, and it can not evaluate risk assessment about users' behavior, and so on.(2)Solution of network access management based on creditworthiness is given in this thesis. Related concept are described, such as network elements, network management information, network users' behavior, creditworthiness, value of creditworthiness, grade of creditworthiness, and so on.(3)Method of evaluating creditworthiness is given for the impact of network security, and then the method of calculating creditworthiness is given too.(4)A model about network access management based on creditworthiness is designed. The model contains three layers:infrastructure layer, behavior analysis layer, decision controlling layer. (5)Overall design of the model and function structure are given in thesis. Then database in the model and interface between modules are designed briefly.
