By access the sharing platform's data, users can realize to access all heterogeneous database.Basing on the practical application project, the paper analyzed the possibility of setting up the Controllable Query Platform for Multiple Data Sources, Have structured the third party data exchange and have managed platform with the preposition machine pattern, base on the network, e-government's specifically net which bind with every branch, on basis of do not affect every branch business system independent character, completeness and security, have realized information exchange and have enjoyed between the Stride over the branch, isomerism system, isomerism database. In the paper, the structure technology of J2EE, design principle of MVC model, realization mechanism and work flow of Struts framework is researched in detail. Meanwhile it analyses and designs systemic about the system from the users, system configuration, functions, interfaces, interface and some other aspects, and then detailed recommends the operation realization. After that we analyzed every part of Query Processing. We just focus on the sharing of data, so we will not think about anything about database transaction processing and consistency. With the technology in this study, the paper provides a good information sharing platform to the informationization for different organizations and units.
