As human exploit resources of marine, countries all over the world become to realize the importance of Marine environment monitoring. This paper introduces the design of a Marine environment monitoring data forwarding system for the Marine environment monitoring data communications. The system uses the embedded system that can be cut as the core of data communication; According to the characteristics of underwater acoustic transmission, this paper uses 2FSK as data modulation mode; According to its communication network, this paper uses GPRS technologies to realize data remote transmission. This topic design sea environmental monitoring data forwarding system, which can automatically, real-time receive the Marine environment monitoring data, is able to realize underwater transmission through monitor data nodes based on embedded platform, and upload data eventually to remote FTP server using GPRS network technology.This paper analysis the functions of transmission link in the monitoring system and divides the system into data acquisition subsystem, data transmission subsystem and data processing subsystem according to the objectives of the project design. This paper designes the hardware GPRS Module for data romote transmission including serial circuit, power circuit, audio circuit, SIM card circuit and reset circuit. The software disign include 2FSK coding, underwater acoustic communication sending coding in data acquisition subsystem and underwater acoustic communication receiving coding, decoder coding and wireless communication coding in data transmission subsystem. This paper also designs the transmission networking in data processing subsystem and builds the FTP sever.On the use of embedded WINCE5.0 systems, this paper designs thread control to transfer and process data automatically in EVC. The system is automated, real-time characteristics of transmission, can operate stably in complex and remote environment.
