The traditional strategic decisions are already can not make up for the rapidly changing market environment because of its complexity and low efficiency. therefore, the enterprise operator needs such a decision-making method which can combine quantitative problem with qualitative problem, and for this reason , various kinds of enterprise internal personnel and department are needed including sales, management, market, technology , financial personnel and consulting institutions or the related experts in the field. In order to make the decision personnel can set up scientific development strategy and then make a scientific management decision, quick and flexible comprehensive evaluation of all sides based on the enterprise management needs is crucial. So developing an intelligent decision support system which can adapt to the enterprise better and also flexibly and efficiently operate in enterprise is rather necessary.In the arising of ERP has injected new blood to the management of an enterprise, made it more standardized, normalized, and also improved business efficiency. However, in actual operation, a mass of data accumulated, if there is any value of these raw data and whether the complex operation can be more intelligent is becoming a new question. So my research take the data mining and Software Man technology used in ERP combine the problems of a car manufacturer's ERP system. Contents of this research are as follows: First, a decision support system model based on SoftMan has been designed, according to the characteristics of SoftMan novelties. Second, software man migrating workflow patterns has been Designed and realized, according to the interaction in decision-making of each "software people" from decision support system model. Third, this decision-making system has been Instantiated in the supplying chain management of a automobile production. At last, using the decision tree algorithm in data mining---- ID3 mainly, and using the accumulated data in ERP system, the best supply chain partner has been mininged to provide decision support for a enterprise.In summary, the results above not only solve the data mining based on Software Man in several key issues, but also enriched the theory methods in this respect and implementation techniques. |
