Abstract/Summary:
Microwave heating technology contacts the objects by electromagnetic energy, and makes the objects itself the protoxin. With features of no heating conduction process^ heating by inside and outside,fast heating,high efficiency and easy control, this technology has been widely used in medicine,ceramics and materials industries.With the development of information technology, information security becomes increasingly important. Data in hard disk are usually difficult to eliminate after use, especially as the hard disk is corrupted. After being formatted several times, the data in the hard disk can still be restored. Therefore before the secrecy hard disk being abandoned, the method how to eliminate data is required. Especially for the departments with high security such as government departments, military and scientific research institutes, office using small disk destruction device is imperative needed.Solutions of microwave disk destruction device based on microwave heating technology to ruin disks and circuit boards convenient,intelligent and environmental-friendly is proposed by author. The device is not restricted by whether the objects absorb microwave. The construction of microwave disk destruction device control system is carried out in this paper.Crucible with efficient absorption ability of microwave energy and fire-resistant insulation material are selected to ensure temperature increase rapidly enough to melt the objects energy-saving and efficiently.Waste gas treatment system based on combination of solid and fluid absorption is designed. It makes the equipment more suitable for the indoor environment which needs higher air quality requirements, also realizes the surrounding clean and environmental-friendly.The working principle of microwave heater is researched, and the theory of automatic temperature control is deeply studied. The basic components R & D work of the heater is completed, including the magnetron and power supply design, indirect temperature measurement design, PID control and pulse modulation technology.The hardware circuits and software system of the automatic control system is designed based on the single-chip computer AT89S52. The hardware contains temperature sampling circuit, digital display circuit, button setting circuit and power control circuit. The single-chip computer software adopts modular design based on Keil C51, and the control requirements are realized by calling each modular.
