After researching the work principle and the process of realization of Struts framework based on MVC pattern, the author carry out the whole process of developing web application with Struts framework. It proves that Struts framework can help us to rapidly develop the high quality software.The main results are as follows:1.The System based on J2EE three-tier structure, the application of operations are launched in the browser, is accomplished through the Web user and system interaction, making the system highly scalable, versatility, compatibility and interoperability to achieve a component-based and object-oriented design.2. Detailed study of the current academic management of the main problems and campus based colleges and universities under the network environment the main functions of management information systems and the various sub-module design.3.The Data security system in the way of using JAAX rights verification; the more important data on the DES encryption algorithm is also used for encryption.4. The System uses a regular expression, Javascript script, Struts, AJAX, EJB, JNDI and other technology to a variety of complex business processes simple and user-friendly.
