In recent years, based on the study of differential frequeney- hopping(DFH) transmission technology, broadband HF DSSS transmission technology, HF adaptive frequency hopping technology, has made some progess, but the research on the broadband network problems has not been reported,This problem affects the practicability and performance of the system, as well as the network parameters, and the comparison of narrowband system networking.We analyzed the next generation of network technology,and the differential frequeney- hopping(DFH) technology, broadband HF DSSS transmission technology, HF adaptive frequency hopping technology, constituted a shortwave backbone network. We researched the short-wave transmission capacity of communication networks and integrated service capabilities. Network data transmission rate improvement: from the current maximum 2.4kbps to 4.8kbps, 9.6kbps, 19.2kbps, even 64kbps; and type of business improvement: from the conventional voice, the message business changes to support e-mail, data, fax, images.Through in-depth analysis of the new generation of broadband radio, including differential frequeney- hopping(DFH) technology, broadband HF DSSS transmission technology, HF adaptive frequency hopping technology, broadband HF DSSS transmission technology can be different from assigned orthogonal spreading codes, differential frequeney- hopping(DFH) technology using frequency-hopping sequence of code to achieve multiple access code , proposed a system of radio stations suitable for a particular high-speed networking solutions.Based on short-wave networking requirements, backbone network node basically does not change, a small number of nodes, we consider the following options, shielding characteristics of a variety of high-speed system, using high-speed radio channel as a through channel.we control the network and the channe via shortwave network controller, on the frequency of applications,using of the frequency management system or by pre-experiment provides a set of available frequencies, according to different seasons, different times frequency of group communication.After having analyzed the channel character of high frequency communication, an advanced MAC protocol proposed.we present the primary idea of board band short wave radio networking.We description the functions of network controller and the protocols of network layer,and simulate the network according to the model.The model can simulate the transmission and receive of protocols data over the HF links,and verify the functions of some part protocols.We studied the current status and the future development of the foreign short-wave communication, We analyze the broad band shortwave radio,After having analyzed the character of broad band shortwave radio, We analyze the network theory,the network method and the notices of shortwave network.All that we analyze can establish the basis on the broad band shortwave network of the shortwave radio.
