Destructive earthquakes, to people's life and production caused heavy losses. How to improve the efficiency of earthquake disaster search and rescue operations, in a shorter period of time to save the life of more victims? The effective use of existing resources, reasonable make search and rescue scheme and searches for a route to improve the rescue efficiency plays an important role in.According to the need of the problem, this paper introduces the related concepts of linear programming model, general expressions and solving methods, and emphatically introduces the contains two variables of double objective function model of planning graphic method and its application in production. In order to rescue force reasonable deployment, this paper analyzes the necessity and the deployment of construction elements, developed a rescue force optimization allocation principle [13], in accordance with the search and rescue task average distributive principle, met search task amount minimum average allocation scheme; according to the trapped density search principle, met the promoter region number for search weight allocation scheme.The search team in the search area of the route, this paper firstly the affected areas to conduct search priority analysis, will search the area for polygonal approximation.
